Research Process of Carbon Dots in Memristors

چکیده
The explosive growth of digital communication promotes advanced memory and computing devices in Big Data artificial intelligence era. In particular, memristors hold great promise for in-memory synapses, expected to break through restrictions on hardware computational power storage capacity caused by the von Neumann bottleneck declining Moore's Law. memristance controllability is vital memristors, which functional layer materials are key. As novel materials, carbon dots (CDs) overtake silicon-based due their satisfactory modulation effects distinguished memristive performances. combination CDs matrix may carry out multimode sensation interactive intelligent systems. This review first gives a brief introduction especially different relations with memristance. Then highlighted, mainly including local electric field enhancement effect, electron trapping detrapping photosensitization accompanied applications CDs-based (CDMs). Lastly, challenges perspectives CDMs pointed out. work rewarding understand role guide relevant research about CDMs, promote implementation computing.
